Karishma Hingoranee

President & Founder

Karishma is the Founder and President of WorkScale. With over a decade of experience in the flexible workspace industry including more than 10 years as an Area Manager with Regus Karishma has built and led sales teams across multiple markets, transforming inconsistent pipelines into structured, data-driven growth engines.

Her background also includes hospitality leadership roles with global hotel brands such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Holiday Inn, bringing a service-first mindset to coworking sales. This blend of hospitality and sales strategy allows Karishma to help operators improve conversion, retention, and member experience because at its core, coworking real estate is hospitality-driven.

John Ladner

Sales Manager

John Ladner is a Sales Manager at WorkScale focused on pipeline management, deal execution, and conversion optimization. He works closely with operators to ensure leads are followed up consistently and strategically, helping turn interest into signed agreements and long-term members.
